THIS ENTIRE PROGRAM CAN BE DONE AT HOME OR AT THE GYM

The only equipment your player needs is a 36 inch light to medium rubber band, a 55cm stability ball, light to medium dumbbells, and an 18-30 inch platform for box jumps. Atom and Pee Wee level players will benefit from this program using their own body weight. Bantam and Midget level players need extra resistance with the use of dumbbells.
